I am trying to set up 2 PC's (both with XP) to use Remote Assistance. I have
opened the firewall on both machines by allowing Remote Assistance. Both
machines are connected to the Internet using a router. I have opened the
port 3389 on one of the machines (I think? using port triggering) and used
www.canyouseem.org to check it was open but got this message

Error: I could not see your service on 86.138.79.15 on port (3389)
Reason: Connection timed out

Could anyone tell me what the problem is?
Thanks
Tony

It seems to me the router doesn't forward the port to the PC.
