Remote Assistance Losing Connection

I'm attempting to assist another user using Vista Home Premium via Remote
Assistance from Vista Business. We connect fine and their desktop starts to
become visible but after about 30 seconds the session is ended. I'm not sure
what is happening, has anyone experienced something like this?
