Remote assistance from xp64 to xp86

I can offer remote assistance from a x86 machine to a x86 machine but not
from a x64 machine to a x86 machine.

Is there a solution to this ?

Forgot to say the error message

"Remote Assistance is unable to send the connection request. Please try
again."
