remote assistance and eudora

someone sent me a request to help them via remote assist. i run eudora on
this end, and when i double click the attachment, XP has nothing associated
with it. is there an exe i can use to open the attachment someplace?
messenger isnt an option, i need to do this as is using eudora to receive
the invitation. thanks!
 
nevermind, figured it out. eudora was appending a numeral to the attachment
name, rename the attachment and it works.
