Remote Assist No Time Out

Tried everywhichway and the remote assistance doesn't seem to work in XP Pro
Mess 4.7. What gives, are there any answers for the

"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved. Please try again"

error?

Help appreciated.
