Remote Access To Perfmon

I need to access perfmon on an XPPro machine remotely. I
have given permissions to the perflib reg key.
Ive added the users to local policy\User Rights
Assignment\Profile System Performance.
Ive added the perflib registry path to Local
Policies\Security Options\Network Access: Remotely
Accessible Registry Paths

What have I missed?
