Under Perfrmon, Performance Logs and Alerts, "Counter Logs" I added a single
counter. Under the Log Files tab I select log file type of "SQL Database"
(which is pointed to a System DSN I setup.), set the "Run As" option to my
domain name and enterted my password, hit Apply and all is well. But when I
attempt to start monitoring I get the error "The log or alert has not
started."
