Hi,

I need to support my grandparents in law and my own parents. They live
far away and are not as used to computers as I.

They use zyxel prestige 660H Triple play which is a bridge (modem) and
NOT a router ( as my zyxel prestige 660H-61).

I have installed 'no-ip' with 'tight-vnc' but I could not access
computer remote. What am I missing?

They have winXp installed on their computers.

cheers,

First, what is the IP address of their computer. If it is public, it should
work. If it is private, then either the zyxel box is functioning as a NAT
router or the ISP is using NAT ahead of their connection. If the latter is
the case, you'll need some kind of "inside-out" service like GoToMy PC to
accomplish this.

Hopefully you've already resolved your problem, but if not, have you
considered the Windows firewall? It may be blocking vnc.
