Remote Access from Home to Home

I need to remotly conect 2 PCs that are at diferents places. Here in Peru we
are conect by a ADSL conection and thats why the IP adress in both PCs are
always diferent. For that problem I install in both PCs the HAMACHI that
gives you a IP unique. What can I do to access remotly to that PC ??? I use
the VNC but it doesn´t work.

I can't help with Hamachi other than to say check their support web pages,
if they exist, for help...

If you run XP Home on the PC you want to remotely access/control then look
at UltraVNC with its encryption plug-in and XP video driver (for the
host/server only). You need to open TCP Port 5900 on any firewall/router the
PC is behind...

How did I open the TPC Port ???
