Remote Access Connection Manager

When I try to start Remote Access Connection Manager, I
get Error 5: Access Denied. I am the only user on this
computer so I am the Computer Administrator, so I don't
know how access can be denied. Thanks

I had a similar problem and got the same useless answer.
Check out my post about 9 messages down. I finally found
the solution in knowledge base article #822122. It
worked like a charm.
