Remote Access Connection Manager

Almost everytime I try to get on the internet I receive a
message the Internet Explorer has encountered an error. I
have to close the program & log back in, but most of the
time the error keeps coming back up.
The event log says that the "Remote Access Connection
Manager Failed to start because it could not create
buffers".
Any ideas? I have plenty of memory & have reinstalled
Windows XP several times & applied all the critical
updates. Please help!
 
Hi Carol,

Do you have SP1 installed? If so try reinstalling SP1. Also check to see if
you have the Veritas LTO driver installed, if so try removing it as I have
seen this driver cause the problem you are having.
