Remote Access Configuration Error 8007203e

When I run the Remote Access Wizard on my SBS 2003 server a dialog i
displayed reporting an error and directing me to the wizards log file
Server is SBS 2003, ISA and Exchanged installed and running.
Had problem for a week now, geting stresssssed

Well, have tried replacing ias.mdb and dnary.mdb in IAS folder, checked the AD structure and MyBusiness OU is where it should be. Removed and re-created users. Still get Configuration Error 8007203e when run RRAS wizard
The funny thing is I can manually start RRAS and it works OK, can VPN in and remote controll servers and workstations. The links exist in Remote Web Workplace for 'Connect to my computer at work' but does not work, 'Read my company e-mail' works fine.
