Reminders Window shows only mail flagged in Inbox, not other folde

My reminders window shows only flagged mail that resides in my Inbox.
Flagged mail in the Sent folder or a couple of sub folders to my Inbox never
appear in the reminders window. All of the flagged mail does appear in my
For Follow Up search folder. Is there a way to get all flagged mail to pop
up in the reminders window?

Only flagged mail in your default folders will appear. Mail in subfolders
will not.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

There is no way to make a change so that all will appear? If not, is there a
way to create a second Reminders Window that would provide reminders for
flagged items in other folders?
