Flag for followup Reminder

I tried to set a reminder on one of my sent mail I ve set follow up flag to
it & date & time to remind me but on at exact time when reminder is due
nothing happens what to do??

Only Outlook 2007 fires alerts for items that are stored in any folder. For
all previous versions of Outlook you'll need an addin such as;
