Reminders for past three months

When the user opens Outlook98 a handful of reminders open for past
appointments. We are using Exchange 2000 Backend, WindowsXP Professional
Desktop, and Outlook98 as the client. It is not all users and it is sporadic.

Try starting their Outlook session using the /cleanreminders switch.
