Reminders do not appear

Running Outlook 2002.

My reminders do not pop up. Reminders are checked off to
start 5-10 minutes before appointment. Reminder options
under the advanced options submenu of tools is checked.
Ran the outlook /cleanreminders command in the RUN box as
instructed in a KB article. It still does not work. Any
suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
