Remember login data

Ever I installed Win2000 on one of my PCs, it does not
remember login data, which is starting to become a real
pain. Also IE does not complete info in frames. Anyone an
idea how this can be fixed and what the problem is?
 
Control Panel|Users and Passwords|Advanced, then uncheck the box for
"Require users........" You'll want to ask the other question in an IE
group.
 
Perhaps u need reinstall OS about IE.
Would u tell me u particular circs?
