Reloading Frontpage

For some wonderful reason, my Frontpage has flaws that add <body>everytime I
close and open it.
I'm thinking about putting in the CD and reloading it and I don't want to
loose five web sites I have on it (over 5years).
My question is:
If I put the CD in and load it, will it loose files I have on my sites or
will it just correct the flaws that crept into the program?
Thanx every so kindly to anyone who knows.

It will only reinstall the program files. I haven't tried to reinstall
"over" an existing copy, but it may have a "repair" option available
during the installation process.

If the CD you have is for a Frontpage upgrade, you will need your
prior version's disk.

Are you editing against a server using FrontPage extensions? Some FrontPage
extensions installations did that on servers where shared borders were being
used.

Create a new web on your PC and see if the problem exists there. If not,
there is a problem with the website.
