Reliable Windows Hosting Company?

I've now switched hosting companies twice in three weeks.
Having trouble locating a reliable Windows hosting
company. If you know of one, please recommend to the list.

These guys are reliable: Applied Innovations Hosting . You can call and get the most knowledgeable tech support on the phone almost anytime! They are not the cheapest on the block but after you've dealt with the companies that cut corners you'll be glad you paid the extra few bucks a month.

Have tried a couple over the last years but have found
VIA Networks to be reliable and responsive.
They are not the cheapest but have not seen an outage
(yet)

They offer Windows and "The Net" hosting as far as
Microsoft is concerned
