Release date of Microsoft Office XP Pro veersion 2003

Can someone tell me what the initial release date was for Microsoft Office XP
Professional. I purchased it December 8, 2002 and I find that Access version
is 2002. I would have thought that vesion 2003 would have been included and
not 2002.

Microsoft Office XP is simply another name for Microsoft Office 2002. Office
2003 is a different release.

Office 2003 wasn't released until October of 2003.
