relaying denied outlook 2002

I have two accounts, with 2 different providers. Both
are defined in my account in outlook 2002. Sometimes
when replying to a message I get the message:
relaying denied you must verify new messages before
sending. It is very frustrating.

You need to setup authentication to your outgoing server. In your account
dialog, click "More Settings..." and go to the "Outgoing Server" tab. You
probably need to check the box to login to your incoming server before
sending.
