Relay

hi gurus

I just got a new computer and I installed OL2003, I set an account to get my
emails from a pop3 server (mail.xxxx.org) and my smtp to the same
(mail.xxxxxxxx.org.) I can send email within the domain guys from my company
but when I try to send email to others outside my domain (i.e yahoo.com) the
exchange server on my company sends an email that says that I can not relay I
am not authorized to send to this and that recp., Where do I go and set this
up. my old laptop did this with no problem.


I know this might be easy for some of you,but I am just learning so easy on
me.

Look on the Outgoing Server tab in your account properties pages.
Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. Select the account. Click Change, then More
Settings, then Outgoing Server. Select the proper authentication.
