relay denied

just configured new laptop and am getting a 550 relay denied message. Have
gone thru troubleshooting with ISP and ensured outgoing server is properly
authenticated with correct passwords. In the command menu have verified that
there is a connection to their server but still cannot send emails. Have
tried diabling firewalls - still no success.
Also cannot set up a second account with Outlook
Am still using old laptop and have no problems sending emails through the
same ISP
 
Sorry, this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.

You'll have to find more appropriate groups for your questions. Perhaps
microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web, for your first question, and one of
the Outlook groups for the second.
