relationships ?

I have three tables.

Account Codes
Vendors
Purchase Orders

I have Account Codes connected to the PO table and the PO table connected to
the Vendor table. On the vendor Table when opening the subform the po table
opens. However when the Account code subform is opend it opens the Vendor
table. How could this be when there is no relationship set up?
