Rejecting Meeting Notices

Sharon

We are using Exchange Server and I have 11 group accounts
that I would like to have automatically decline any
meeting notices sent to them. I do not want any time to
be booked in the groups calendar via a meeting notice and
at the present time I must check the inboxes several times
a day to decline any errant notices sent to the account.
I've created a rule automatically sending a message back
to the sender but I would like the account to
automatically decline any notices sent to it. I don't see
an existing rule that does this. Any suggestions?
Thank You
Sharon

I don't think you can automatically decline, but you can certainly delete
the requests and send a message back, as you're already doing.
