Strikeout for Meetings

L

LindaC

I used to have a rule in Outlook that when I booked a meeting and say there
were 100 people invited, that when there acceptance for the meeting appeared
in my Outlook, it had a strikethough the message so I could quickly glance
and not have to open all the accepted/declined outlook messages.
Unfortunately I deleted this rule and have been unable to recreate it. Any
help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Perhaps not a rule. Outlook has a setting that will automatically delete
(after processing) any meeting responses. How to get to that setting
depends a little upon your version of Outlook, which you haven't told us,
but some variation of Tools | Options | E-mail Options | Tracking might get
you in the neighborhood.
