Reinstalling XP

I cannot play any more of my games anymore, because they have become too
laggy and sluggish. I need to know if I can use the wizard or would I have
to boot from the XP disc to reinstall XP?

Yes I know its a short question, and games is realy the main reason,
otherwise I have no problems with vista :)

Backup your stuff, format the drive, boot from the CD, follow the onscreen
instructions.
