Reinstalling XP; ISP

I had to reinstall XP, and I reached the internet via msn. I have a Verizon
MSN account, but I'm afraid I might have opened a new account with MSN. I
have a Verizon DSL box. Who do I call to ask these questions before I get
billed for two internet service providers? And--thanks.
