I get an error when I try to reinstall word,it says there might be other programs running,I tried to configure start up,it doesnt help,can someone help
With most version of windows (certainly XP and 2000)
if you hold down Ctrl and Alt, then press Delete (Ctrl-Alt-Del)
You should get an option to launch the 'Task Manager'
This will tell you what applications are running, hopefully this will help
you to work out what is going on.
