Due to a corrupted system. file, I had to reinstall XP. REPAIR was not an
option at the setup process.

All preexisting files, programs etc are intact and can be launched from
there respective locations, however My Computer doesnt recognize the old
folders or programs as existant. Is there a way to force XP to look for
exsiting programs and folders (Users) and rebuild the registry?
