Reinstalling windows xp

Hello,

After having a virus on my computer, it has never acted the same. I want to
be able to do a quick install of windows xp. Is there any guides on the
internet to help me with that install? Also can I save any files on a
seperate partition g: while I clear my c: drive and the f: partition on my
second drive? thanks

yes you need to make a new parttion, and when the installer tells you, you choose your actual windows parttion, all the pregrams must be reinstalled, because the windows registry wont can be saved, ok, you can do it, but i dont recommend you that.
