reinstalling w2k on laptop w/no floppy

I am trying to reinstall w2k on my sons laptop. It has no
floppy drive and he can't remember the administrator
password. What can i do?

Hello,

If the system has a CD-ROM drive, you can boot from the CD and re-install
Windows. You may need to configure the System ROM BIOS setup to have the
system boot from the CD-ROM drive.
