Reinstalling Vista without an Internet connection

And he purchased product key with purchase of his laptop (OEM product key)
Manufacturers pay for OEM license and it's included in price of latpop.

Wrong, he purchased a laptop which came with a product key belonging only to
that laptop as indicated by the key being on the sticker on the laptop
itself and not coming on a separate document.

Guy need copy of Vista DVD to reinstall it. Manufacturer didn't supply one.
So what he needs to do is call manufacturer to get restore disk or get "OEM
copy" of Vista.
So, once again - get your fact straight - glopi huju

I misunderstood since I do not have the OP's original post on my system.
What you say is true he should be able to get restore disks from the
manufacturer if the restore files are no longer on his system and he did not
make a back up of them when he got his system.
