I'm seeing that other customers have had this same event error and they all
had Veritas uninstall/reinstall Veritas software. A couple resolved the
problem by removing a LTO tape drive driver for Veritas. Just a thought....

There is no easy way to uninstall/reinstall RRAS.

Recently I had to repair my Win2k Adv. Server PC with the emergency repair
proceure from the Win2k cd. The sytem then booted normally but the remote
access connection manager service failed to start. From the event viewer I
saw the Event_Id was 20035. Microsoft sites sugested that I reboot my
computer (which did not work) or reinstall RAS. Does anyone know how?
I would appreciate any help given.

I haven't installed any products/software from Veritas if that is what you
mean.
The only thing that I found was a registry key somewhere in
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ MMC\ Snapins\....
As for drivers there aren't any from Veritas neither do I have any tape
drives.

:-(
