Pink Noise

What newsgroup deals with IExplorer problems?
It takes up to a minute each time I start IExplorer just to
get to the full blank browser screen. And a similar wait to
go to a site to browse. My network connections are OK. (I
can use a different browser which loads in 3 seconds, and
I've tried this both on a DSL and a cable connection). I've
got IExplorer 6.2 with XP-Pro SP2. Which is the right news
group for this?
