How do I reinstall WinXP and OfficeXP and ensure that they are validated.
Can I save the licences to disk for reinstall
 
Your licence key for Windows should be on a sticker stuck to your machine or
with your disc documentation, the licence key for Office 2003 is included
with the packaging.

I have the original documentation. When I install I will need to
re-activate the product. Is there any problem with MS doing this

If you are reactivating the products on the same machine then there will be
no problem.
