Reinstall WinXP with format..

I currently have WinXP Pro. I want to do my annual sweep
and clean, but can't remember how to do it with WinXP.
What I want to do is reformat my HHD, then install WinXP
from scratch. I know there is a way to get WinXP to format
the drive prior to installing, but I can't figure it out.
I'd prefer not to use command line options (DOS /format
c:), as I always seem to have problems with them. I did
some searches, but they were all upgrade from 95/98/ME, or
reinstall keeping the previously installed programs. I do
remember I set the BIOS to boot from CD, and just popped
the WinXP CD in, if that helps.
Thanks,
TopSpeed

Hi,

Boot from CD, start a new installation. You can format the drive as part of
setup.
