I was unable to start windows, i tried to start it from
the setup disk but it reinstalled it, now when i start my
computer i have 2 options for windows, and i am still
unable to start my original option, and with the new
install i have lost all of my internet properties, and
user properties, how can i reapir my original install,

You failed to do a repair install and did a parallel install.
You can try a repair installation, but I fear you will be better off at this
point performing a clean install (after you copy off your material using the
working install) and re-installing all applications/drivers. You will end
up with less trouble in the long run.
