A friend has an IBM model 6892-n9u that was running XP Pro SP2 that
he was having trouble with so he decided to reinstall XP. He has 1 IDE
13 Gig HD and 2 CDs and 512 RAM. He reformatted the HD and tried to
reload from his XP PRO CD. The system won't reboot from the CD and
in the BIOS setup there is no option to boot from CD. I can boot the system
from a WIN98 boot disk but that is as far as I get. The hard disk now has
nothing on it. How can I get the operating system from the CD loaded onto
the disk? He wants the disk to have 1 NTFS partition.
Thanks.......
