Reinstall of PP Upgrade

I just had to reset my Vaio after a major crash. I have
an upgrade copy of PowerPoint 2002 that I've owned for 3-
4 years.

I cannot reinstall it because I no longer have my
original PowerPoint 97 CD.

I can't use Passport because it won't accept my product
key number.

Any ideas on what I can do?

You'll probably want to call MS to see if they can either provide replacement
media for your original '97 CD or give you some other workaround.
