Reinstall Junk Email Filters?

My junk email filter has stopped working. Hardly anything is getting
filtered, even thought it's set to the highest filter. Although I have the
language set to English only, other languages are getting thru. I've
installed all the latest updates, and ran detect and repair.
Is there any way to reinstall the filters or will this help?

recent junk filter update, then have Windows Update install it again.
