Reinstall FP2002 upgrade

Over a year ago, I bought a FP2002 upgrade. I installed
it and used it for a short time on my old computer. Now
when I tried to install it to upgrade on my new computer
(which has FP98), it shows an X next to "Microsoft
FrontPage" and has "not available" in parenthesis on the
same line. When I complete the upgrade the program does
not show anywhere (no icon, not listed in the programs).
Do I need to get an authorization or something to
reinstall since this has been installed once before on a
different computer? Please help. Thanks.

Install the upgrade and if asked for qualifying product insert the FP98 CD

Yes you will need to activate it using the phone method after it is installed

Click on the button and elect to install it.
