Reinstall DUN?

Novice Techie

I am currently reciving an error from DUN saying my modem is not available,
however, AOL's dialer works just fine (not a hardware issue). I think I
need to re-install Dial-Up Networking, but cannot figure out how to do it.
Can anyone assist?
