"regular" contact -> Business Contact

Goto the default normal contacts folder. Click on the Edit menu and then
click on Select All. Now right click and drag the contacts from the default
outlook contacts folder into the BCM contacts. You should be able to get
options namely Move or copy. Choose the relevant option. This should acheive
what you wanted.
