regsvr32 cmdlib.wsc

I have to run the above command on my target image to get eventquery.vbs to
work. We want this to happen by default, so I tried adding a FBA COM/DLL
Registration request to one of my included components. I left all the
defaults alone, and set the path to %11%\cmdlib.wsc. It does not appear that
this works -- does anyone know why?
