Registy Edits

Hi all,

I am trying to make changes on Windows 2000 via the registy (because I have
to implement it corporate wide 3000 PCs). I need to find either a book or
some website or blog that might list the following.

a) change the view on all machines to detail view
b) change the folders to be like current folder
c) display logoff onStart Menu
d) display admin tools on start menu
e) display file extensions of known types
there are many more too.

Is there an approved microsoft site or book that contains all of these?

Or is my only hope to do trial and error and of course this great resource
(everyone here has been really helpful).

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Tony
