Would there be away to determine if someone changed something in the
registry. If so, please advise.

The average registry has some 10,000 entries. They change all the time and
trying to identify a specific change would be futile unless you knew exactly
what you're looking for. If you suspect a change then you can use System
Restore to undo the change.

be attributed to changes
in the registry.
