I want to change the default location of the Internet favorites when an user
logs on. Is there a way I can do this in group policy. I know the key that
I have to alter and I could go around and do it to every single machine but I
rather not.

I am not aware of a setting to change the location of the IE's "Favorites."
You could set it up in a login script using the StdRegProv class in WMI if
you know where the registry setting is. Check it out here:

Another way to go about this would be to create an ADM Template.
