Registry settings for proxy server in IE.....???? urgent

Hi All,
I am working on client BHO which should redirect the http requests
from IE to a proxy server(predefined IP address and port number). We
identified the registry settings to set up a proxy server for a client
machine which is in LAN operated through a central proxy server.

In IE , open "tools/Internet options/Connections/LAN Settings/" Address and
Port in Proxy server pane. The corresponding registry settings for the above
are as follows

For setting the Proxy Server address and port
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\windows\currentversion\internet
settings
Value Name: ProxyServer
Data Type: STRING
Value Data: cin0111:8080 (IP:pORT) (Undo the changes by deleting the key).

I want to know how to set Internet options in the case of Dial-up or VPN
connections for accessing a proxy server in the REGISTRY????? I have some
info on how to do this ,
its available at
http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/itsc/howto/proxy/remove-ie5.html#dialup.

Please provide the information.

Thanks in advance

Regards
Anil
