I cannot connect to the internet with IE because it haunts me with an
outdated proxy setting.
I have cleared all proxy-related information in the Internet Options dialog
and reset the registry entries ProxyEnable and ProxyServer in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,
but when I type any address in IE it cannot connect to it , and when I open
regedit, ProxyEnable becomes 1 and ProxyServer becomes 210.107.249.32:3128(a
proxy I used before) I have no idea how they manage to appear like phantoms.
I can connect to interent with Firefox . And when I change to another user
account, I can connect with IE.
I haven't detected any spyware.
I suspect this is a bug?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
